A must-attend event for pizza makers in Berlin: “Le 5 Stagioni Day” was , an event that combined passion for pizza and innovation. In collaboration with True Italian Pizza Week, this day offered a unique opportunity to explore new preparation techniques, thanks to the participation of three highly experienced Italian master pizza makers.
The protagonists of the masterclass were Ciccio Vitiello of Pizzeria Cambiamenti, Salvatore Salviani of Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli and Nicola Demo of Le 5 Stagioni. These experts shared their knowledge with Berlin’s pizzaioli, demonstrating cutting-edge techniques and creative solutions that are revolutionizing the pizza industry.
The focus of the event was the Le 5 Stagioni range of flours, known for their quality and innovative integrated milling technology, which allows for high-performance doughs. The characteristics of these flours allow perfect workability and resistance for both long rising and quick baking, guaranteeing excellent results.
