The 5 Stagioni and Emergente Pizza to support young pizza makers

The Northern selection of the Emergente Pizza award has come to an end. Three young pizza chefs won the award who, with their skills, were able to enhance the qualities of Le 5 Stagioni

 

Filippo Venturi of “Me Pizzeria & Cocktail Room” in Ferrara, Francesco Gabriele of the pizzeria “Il Corso” in Bolzano and Pasquale Petrillo of the pizzeria “ll Fior di Latte” in Baveno (VB) are the winners of the Northern selection of the Emergente Pizza contest, devised by Luigi Cremona and Lorenza Vitali of Witaly.

Villa Terzaghi, in the Milan area, hosted the challenge between pizza chefs: young promises who represent the future of the sector and are demonstrating great skills in increasingly exploiting the potential and technical characteristics of Agugiaro & Figna Molini’s Le 5 Stagioni flour. The next appointment, for the Centre-South selection, will be in Perugia at the Università dei Sapori.
