Ce label, cr\u00e9\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es 1990, prot\u00e8ge l\u2019authenticit\u00e9 des produits locaux, des recettes traditionnelles et des activit\u00e9s artisanales. L\u2019histoire de la Paposcia remonte au XVIe si\u00e8cle, lorsque les boulangers de Vico del Gargano utilisaient la p\u00e2te restante pour tester la temp\u00e9rature des fours \u00e0 bois. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, cette longue focaccia parfum\u00e9e est garnie d&rsquo;une large s\u00e9lection d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients typiques du Gargano, comme des fromages locaux, des charcuteries artisanales et des l\u00e9gumes frais des Pouilles.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"stripe-one-col-media \">\n            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pizzastories.le5stagioni.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/paposcia-re-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"stripe-one-col-text \">\n<div class=\"text-description\">\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa longue exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine de la restauration, Gianluca Ferraraccio a r\u00e9invent\u00e9 la Paposcia, en pr\u00e9servant ses valeurs traditionnelles. Son parcours de pizzaiolo et d\u2019innovateur a fait de lui une figure cl\u00e9 de la sc\u00e8ne gastronomique des Pouilles, faisant de ce produit ancien une exp\u00e9rience culinaire contemporaine.
