C&rsquo;est justement pour cela que le <b>r&eacute;seau Slow Grains<\/b> &agrave; &eacute;t&eacute; cr&eacute;&eacute;, apr&egrave;s le succ&egrave;s des trois premi&egrave;res &eacute;ditions de Sementia, l&rsquo;&eacute;v&eacute;nement annuel que Slow Food a r&eacute;alis&eacute; en 2018 &agrave; Sannio en Italie. En effet, les c&eacute;r&eacute;ales anciennes n&eacute;cessitaient des co&ucirc;ts de production plus importants car le rendement &eacute;tait plus faible. Toutefois, l&rsquo;avantage de la biodiversit&eacute; est important : une large diversit&eacute; g&eacute;n&eacute;tique s&rsquo;adapte plus facilement aux changements environnementaux, et si une maladie touche un type de c&eacute;r&eacute;ale, les autres pourraient &ecirc;tre capables d&rsquo;y r&eacute;chapper.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"article-list-item\">\n<h3>ELLES NE CONTIENNENT PAS (TOUTES) MOINS DE GLUTEN<\/h3>\n<div class=\"description\">\n<p>Il existe une id&eacute;e re&ccedil;ue selon laquelle les c&eacute;r&eacute;ales anciennes poss&egrave;dent moins de prot&eacute;ines et donc, par extension, moins de gluten.
