Gli insetti commestibili, ad esempio, dal 2018 ufficialmente riconosciuti come novel food e ammessi nella lista degli alimenti consumabili in Europa. Sono animali adatti al consumo alimentare perch&eacute; allevati in ambienti particolarmente sterili nel pieno rispetto di tutte le norme igieniche, poi impiegati in cucina come pietanza principale oppure trasformati in farina e utilizzati come ingrediente nella preparazione di altri prodotti.<\/p>\n<p>Ecco alcune delle farine &ldquo;pi&ugrave; strane&rdquo; in giro per il mondo:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"article-list \">\n<div class=\"article-list-container\">\n<div class=\"article-list-item\">\n<h3>Farina di grillo<\/h3>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pizzastories.le5stagioni.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/paese-che-fai-le-5-farine-piu-strane-in-giro-per-il-mondo-1.jpg\" alt=\"Farina di grillo\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"description\">\n<p><strong>Il grillo \u00e8 un animale dalle grandi propriet\u00e0 nutrizionali<\/strong> e pochissimi grassi, ideale per un regime alimentare ipocalorico. <strong>La farina di grillo \u00e8 ricca di calcio, vitamina B12 e ferro,<\/strong> favorendo l\u2019accrescimento osseo. Viene solitamente <strong>impiegata nella preparazione delle barrette proteiche<\/strong> anche se molti chef stanno integrando questo alimento nella preparazione di <strong>focacce, pasta fresca e dolci tradizionali<\/strong>. Il suo prezzo \u00e8 decisamente superiore rispetto alla media degli sfarinati e, ad oggi, il suo impiego risulta del tutto insostenibile.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"article-list-item\">\n<h3>Farina di Baco da seta<\/h3>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pizzastories.le5stagioni.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/paese-che-fai-le-5-farine-piu-strane-in-giro-per-il-mondo-2.jpg\" alt=\"Farina di Baco da seta\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"description\">\n<p><strong>Il baco da seta<\/strong> \u00e8 prodotto molto diffuso soprattutto <strong>in Cina<\/strong> dove la sua produzione supera le 500 mila tonnellate all\u2019anno. Gli scarti che si ottengono dalla produzione tessile vengono poi <strong>utilizzati a scopo alimentare<\/strong>, lasciati essiccare e poi finemente macinati. Si tratta di <strong>una farina ricca di fibre e dall\u2019alto contenuto proteico<\/strong>, utilizzata solitamente nella preparazione di prodotti da forno come <strong>pane, pizza, focaccia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"article-list-item\">\n<h3>Farina di scorpione<\/h3>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pizzastories.le5stagioni.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/paese-che-fai-le-5-farine-piu-strane-in-giro-per-il-mondo-3.jpg\" alt=\"Farina di scorpione\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"description\">\n<p>Questa farina viene ottenuta dall&rsquo;<strong>essicazione e macinazione dello scorpione nero<\/strong>, appartenente alla famiglia degli insetti commestibili. &Egrave; un prodotto naturale al 100%, <strong>ricco di vitamine e sali minerali<\/strong>.
