Manitoba flour

Le 5 Stagioni 00 flour
300 ml
water at room temperature
35 g
Extra virgin olive oil
10 g
salt
5 g
fresh mother’s yeast (or 1,5-2 g if dried)

Introduction

Making pizza at home is a passion that really involves everyone; let's see together how to make it well.

Proceedings

Always start by dissolving the yeast in a little room temperature water and adding a minimal amount of sugar.

Next, put flour in a bowl and, gradually, pour in the water with the yeast, trying to mix everything together.

Only at this point you can add salt and oil slowly, keeping kneading the dough and folding it on itself;

Transfer the dough into a bowl, cover with a dishcloth or plastic wrap and let it rise in a dry place for an hour and a half.

When dough has doubled its volume, knead it again patiently, divide it in two parts and then let it rest again.
